Wisconsin Web Design Firm, Parr Interactive, Celebrates 20 Years

Award-winning web design and marketing firm Parr Interactive - online at https://parrinteractive.com - is celebrating their 20th year in Madison, Wisconsin.

Christopher Parr, CEO of Parr Interactive, has collaborated with many prominent brands over the last 20 years, including Adobe, Intel, Sub-Zero and Wolf, BMW, Marvel Studios, Disney, American Family Insurance, TDS, HGTV, Nest, Rayovac, Musicnotes, Insinkerator, and John Deere. How to Make Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chef Eric Rupert shows you how to make delicious Chocolate Chip Cookies. See how making chocolate chip cookies works and get easy to learn culinary tips and techniques in this video from Sub-Zero and Wolf.











Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 cup + 2 teaspoons unsalted butter, softened 
2 cups firmly packed brown sugar 
½ cup sugar 
2 large eggs 
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla 
2 teaspoons strong brewed coffee 
3 ½ cups flour 
1 teaspoon baking soda 
1 teaspoon baking powder 
1 ½ teaspoons salt 
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips



Position oven racks to 1, 3 and 5 (counting from the bottom of the oven.) Preheat Wolf oven in CONVECTION at 325° F (165°C). 

In mixer bowl, cream butter with sugars until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, scraping bowl after each egg. Add vanilla and coffee; continue to mix on medium high speed until mixture is light and fluffy. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add mixture to the bowl with the mixer stopped. Mix in chocolate chips on low speed for 10 seconds. Scrape sides of the bowl and continue mixing until just combined. 

Line three baking sheets with parchment paper. Place dough by 3-tablespoon mounds on baking sheets, 12 mounds per sheet. Place baking sheets on racks. Bake about 15 minutes or until done. 

Makes about 2 dozen cookies.

Wolf Integrated Steamer Demonstration

From kitchen appliance dealer AJ Madison -- they visited a home in Brooklyn and learned how to use a Wolf Integrated Steamer. Coleman Teitelbaum led the demonstration and they captured the results.
